  • What is Electrocardiogram (ECG)?

An electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG) is a test that checks the electrical activity of your heart. It involves placing small patches called electrodes on your skin, which detect the heart's electrical signals. These signals are then recorded and shown as waves on a screen or paper.

The main purpose of an ECG is to see if your heart is working normally or if there are any problems. It can help diagnose conditions like irregular heart rhythms, heart attacks, and heart diseases. It's also used to monitor the heart's health and check the effects of medications or treatments.

Basically, an ECG is a simple and painless way to understand how your heart is doing and if there are any issues that need attention.

  • Are Smart Watch and Smart Ring the same?

Smartwatches and smart rings are both wearable devices, but they have different designs and functions. A smartwatch is a device with touchscreen display, offering a wide range of features like fitness tracking, smartphone notifications and health monitoring.

On the other hand, a smart ring is a smaller and lighter wearable device. Without large display like smartwatches, it focused mainly on health, fitness tracking and gesture control.

  • 【Headphones】Bone vs Air Conduction. Which is better?

Bone conduction headphones function as a substitute for your eardrums by converting sound waves into vibrations and transmitting them to your middle ear. The crucial distinction between bone conduction and air conduction lies in their reliance on different mechanisms. While bone conduction bypasses the eardrums and directly delivers vibrations, air conduction transfers vibrations to the ear canal.

Regarding the quality of sound, the inner ear is more receptive to air conduction, indicating that air conduction generally provides better results compared to bone conduction. However, in cases of unilateral conductive hearing loss, there is a relative improvement in the ability to perceive sounds conducted through the bones.
